Randy Orr is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and is certified in Financial Forensics.
He is is the founder and President of Orr Forensic Accounting based in Newport Beach, Orange County, CA. Mr. Orr has been involved exclusively in forensic accounting for 14 years. He graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Randy spent the early part of his career working in the Bankruptcy and Marital Dissolution departments of the expert service firm LECG formerly Mack|Barclay. While at LECG, he worked on large family law engagements, some of which included marital estates valued at over one billion dollars
In 2007, Randy moved from San Diego to Newport Beach and joined Lesley, Thomas, Schwarz, and Postma (LTSP) where he focused primarily on family law cases. While at LTSP, he gained experience testifying on large marital dissolution cases involving complex issues relating to; cash flow available for support, valuation of closely held business, division of marital assets, Moore/Marsden calculations, and Pereira/Van Camp issues.
In 2011, Randy opened Orr Forensic Accounting with the goal of serving legal professionals and their clients. He uses the highest level of technical expertise, up to date knowledge, and technology, allowing services to be done in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Randy Orr is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and is Certified in Financial Forensics.
Randy Orr is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA). Randy is also a member of the board of directors of Sierra Service Project, a nonprofit Christian organization based in Sacramento California. He also serves as “Chief” of the local Indian Guides Comanche tribe.
